The heart and vision behind our minimalist journal
I have always sought meaning and purpose and I knew deep down that I was meant to serve others. At the same time, I felt an urgent need to meet myself as I truly am, raw and authentic. This journey of self-discovery led me to yoga, which I studied deeply, and it became a powerful tool for my transformation.
I began pairing my practice with a minimalist journal—a simple, personal way to reflect and reconnect. Through yoga, I learned to connect with my body, be present, and align my mind, body, and soul. But true clarity came when I combined movement with journaling, meditation, and mindful practices. That’s when the Be Your Own Creator GUIDEBOOK was born.
I started to use it daily and it helped me to gain more clarity and structure, allowing me to plan but also slow down the pace, whilst giving energy to things that truly mattered. This has been an incredible shift in my life.

At Flow in Creation, our first product is the Be Your Own Creator GUIDEBOOK, designed to provide guidance and clarity for those seeking a deeper connection with themselves.
The name Flow in Creation was inspired by the belief that creativity is an inherent part of every individual. While some may not see themselves as creative, creativity exists in various forms—whether through action, thought, or expression. The way we perceive life shapes our mental space, and this perspective can be shifted at any time. The power to create and transform lies within.
The philosophy behind the brand draws inspiration from Ikigai, the Japanese concept of finding purpose for a long and fulfilling life. The idea of achieving a flow state—where creativity and fulfillment come effortlessly—resonates deeply with the mission of Flow in Creation.
