Processing time is between 1-3 business day, however we do our best to process your order once it is placed.

Delivery time

  •    For delivery in Europe, the estimate is generally 5 to 10 business days depending on the address and country of destination.

  •   For international delivery the estimate for delivery is generally 10 to 15 business days depending on the address and country of destination.

Tracking your order is simple! Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor its journey every step of the way.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Be Your Own Creator GUIDEBOOK! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:

  • Refund Policy

    We’re sorry to hear that Be Your Own Creator GUIDEBOOK didn’t meet your expectations. If you would like to return your order, we’re happy to offer a refund within 14 days of receiving it.

    To qualify for a refund, the GUIDEBOOK must be:

    ✅ Unused and in its original condition (no writing or markings)

    ✅ Returned with the organic cotton envelope

    ✅ Undamaged and well-preserved

    Please note that shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.

    To initiate a return, simply email us at hello@flowincreation.com with your order details. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund as soon as possible.

  • Damaged Products

    If your GUIDEBOOK arrives damaged, don’t worry! Simply email us at hello@flowincreation.com with a clear photo of the damage, and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement. Also, no later than 14 days after receiving it.

  • Conscious & Sustainable Choices

    If you decide not to use the GUIDEBOOK, we encourage you to pass it on to a friend, family member, or someone who might find it valuable. You can also choose to recycle it mindfully.
